Development of laser technologies for integration of optical micro-structures into optical fibers

Integrated Optics, UAB is starting cooperation with Femtika, UAB in a research project funded by the European Regional Development Fund. 

Latest femtosecond laser technology will be used to develop and test fiber Bragg gratings in polarization maintaining fibers, as well as 3D micro-optical components positioned on a fiber tip.


The project is funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF)
