We chose Integrated optics wavelength combiner with four different wavelengths and individual clean-up filters for our new bespoke cost-effective high resolution single-molecule fluorescence microscope set-up. Such set-ups require for narrow spectrum  and power-stabilized lasers with more than 50 mW output power. Wavelength combiner from Integrated Optics is very easy to use and install into any set-up. Also, we loved the light-weighted laser control software , which comes free of charge. Direct individual laser triggering allowed us to perform alternating laser excitation (ALEX) in a stroboscopic fashion and therefore minimize molecular motion blur often observed in the single-molecule experiments. Finally, it was great pleasure to work with Integrated Optics since they provided any necessary custom modifications and consultations that we asked for.
